HTC Desire A8183 Review & Specs

Today we are going to take a look at the HTC Desire A8183 Android 2.1 smart phone. This phone has a beautiful sharp contrast 3.7in Amoled capacitive touchscreen. Which has Multi touch input, accelerometer sensor for auto rotate, optical trackball, and a Proximity sensor for auto turn off. This phone also has a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which makes the phone very responsive. The Desire has lots of Google applications and a social media with in the HTC sense UI, which runs facebook, twitter, and myspace. The phone seems to be a good size for your hand, and seem to be around the same size as the iphone.

In my opinion the back casing seem cheap and the phone need more onboard memory, with only 576MB of internal memory I’m worried about how much stuff I can install on this phone. Overall the phone is not bad, but the price $799.99 is just too high. The technology in this phone is not the best of best its in the okay realm. This phone should have been priced in the $400 range. With the new phones coming out I can’t see who would spend that much on old technology.
